Aygun Dadashova is an education management specialist and innovations in education projects manager with over 15 years of experience in teaching, educational program development, and project management.
Her work focuses on education innovation, STEAM education, youth development, teacher professional development, and project-based learning. She has designed and implemented several education projects supported by the U.S. and the UK Embassies in Azerbaijan.
Throughout her career, she has worked with teachers, students, and educational institutions to strengthen innovative teaching practices, entrepreneurship skills, and technology-based learning.
Her professional experience also includes collaboration with international organizations such as the British Council and national institutions, including the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan.
